💰Fees

Gas Fees

The 'gas fee' is a charge from the L1 chain when you move funds to/from L1 (on-chain) <> L2 (off-chain), which can vary depending on network congestion.

There are no gas fees once you are trading on L2.

Trading Fees

Fee is charged on each trade by the amount of fee rate*trade value (in Dai) in addition to a base fee of 0.1 Dai.

Base fee is charged for the computation cost and gas cost for zk-rollup that ensures trade security.

Transaction Fee = Fee Rate*Abs(Filled Amount*Trade Price)+0.1

Fee rate is determined by the three factors by the following principles:

1. Market Class. We classified all markets into three categories (high risk, mid risk and low risk). For less volatile market, the fee rate will be much less than the more volatile markets.

2. Role in trade. For those who take market liquidity (as taker) in each trade, high fee will be charged than those who provide liquidity (as maker).

3. Account Tiers. User with greater liquidity contribution and token staking amount would get higher account tier, which enjoy lower fee rate.
